The main production process of molded silicone rubber is high temperature of 150 ℃ - 180 ℃, and the vulcanization time is tens of seconds. It is mainly based on the size of the product. The larger the product, the longer the vulcanization time.

After repeated mixing and homogenization, the silicone rubber compound for extrusion production process is directly put into the extruder barrel. Firstly, it is instantaneously formed at 400 ℃ in the high-temperature oven, and then vulcanized at about 180 ℃ after passing through the drying channel. The vulcanization time of extruded silicone rubber is usually a few seconds, and the product has no length limit, Generally, extruded silicone rubber is mainly used in the production of silicone hose and silicone rubber strip.

Generally speaking, the silicone rubber compound can be used only after the rubber is mixed by the open rolling mill and vulcanization agent is added, and then specific products are produced according to different processes.
