3. Hair care ingredients

4. pH adjustment ingredients




The skin and hair are normally weakly acidic under normal conditions, with a pH of about 4.5 to 6.5, while the pH of the hair is neutral and slightly acidic. Cleansing is a large class of cosmetic effects, mainly surfactants.
