Product Description
Two-component structural adhesive is a solvent-free high-performance structural adhesive that can be cured at room temperature or at elevated temperatures. Its room temperature curing speed is fast, it can form strong adhesion in a short time; the bonding strength is high, so it can withstand strong impact and vibration. The bonding layer has good electrical insulation and can withstand temperature changes and deflection and tearing force. The structural adhesive is non-corrosive, and is made of metal, ceramic, vulcanized rubber, glass fiber and carbon fiber. Very good adhesion

Usage method
Substrate cleaning
In order to achieve the best effect, the surface of the adhesives must be clean, smooth and dry
Volume measurement.
Accurately weigh component A and component B according to the proportion, and fully mix and reserve (except for two-component hose packaging).
Sizing
The glue is evenly coated on the surface of the two adhesives, and is closed and positioned. The force must not be moved before the glue is cured.
Solidify
During the curing process, please keep the product level so as to avoid the glue overflow during the curing process.
Operation and Safety
Maintain good ventilation throughout the workplace;
Unsolidified sealant should not touch the eyes. If it touches the eyes carelessly, please rinse it with water and contact the doctor.
Avoid prolonged contact with the skin, otherwise itching may occur.
Keep out of reach of children.
