Definition of silicone gel:
The silicone gel is frosted glass-like translucent particles. Insoluble in water and inorganic acids, but soluble in hydrofluoric acid and concentrated caustic soda solution.
Silicon gel synthesis method:
1. Sulfuric acid method: Water glass and sulfuric acid are diluted to a certain concentration and then neutralized to form a hydrogel, which is aged, washed with water, added with additives to homogenize, spray-dried, air-flow pulverized, and dried to obtain two fine particles. Silica aerogel.
2. Hydrochloric acid decomposition method: firstly salt out the water glass solution and sodium chloride solution, and then decompose with 31% hydrochloric acid to precipitate particulate silica gel, which is washed with water, dehydrated, dried, crushed and sieved to obtain a finished product.
3.Carbonization method: melt the silica sand and high soda ash, dissolve the molten material first, carbonize by passing carbon dioxide gas for 6-8 hours, wash with water, add sulfuric acid to adjust the pH value to 6-8 for the second wash, dehydrate, dry, Crush to obtain the finished product.
