2 Mechanism of action:
Mechanism of silicone polyether emulsion: By changing the molecular internal order, make the surface active agent closely packed neatly between bubble and bubble, forming a layer of dense membrane, makes the compressive capacity particularly strong, able to control the bubble liquid membrane structure stability, the surfactant molecules in the liquid film orderly distribution of the bubble, gives bubble good elasticity and self-healing ability, so as to achieve ideal of bubble effect.
3 Application Background:
The foam stabilization of linear anionic surfactants, such as K12, AOS, AES and some non-ionic surfactants, shows excellent foam stabilization effect and good performance. Anionic surfactant is the most commonly used foaming material at home and abroad, and anionic surfactant although the foaming volume is large and rapid, but the foam instability is a fatal blow to the existence of many foaming agents. So many foaming agent manufacturers again and again of experimental exploration, the earliest used coconut acid diethanolamide (6501) class, but the domestic production of 6501 is generally synthesized by a one-step method, the unreacted oil content is too high, with serious defoamer. In general, cellulose polyacrylamide, amine oxide and protein foam stabilizer have a certain stabilizing effect, but the stabilizing effect is not ideal.
