Product introduction:

Methyl silicone oil emulsion IOTA 368 is non-ionic polydimethylsiloxane emulsion with 60% activity content. Because it is non-ionic, it can be widely used in various systems, for example, non-ionic, anion, cationic emulsified systems, or polymer systems that cannot form complex.

Application:

1. IOTA 368 emulsion can be used as polishing components. When using a polishing agent for cars and furniture, it can provide excellent glossiness using minimum coating.

2. It can be used as release agents for rubber and plastic parts.

3. It can be used as lubricating agents for extruded rubber parts and conveyor

4. It can be used as textile machinery lubricating agents such as spinning, lubrication of sewing thread, hosiery manufacture and glass cloth exhaust filter device.

 

How to use?

When IOTA 368 emulsion is used as release agents and lubricating agents, it can be used directly or diluted. Using traditional spray, dip, rub or brush can be applied. It needs to be diluted with low hardness water. Customers can take small-scale tests according to desired concentration of using mode before mass production. As textile finishing agents, it can be used padding process and the dosage of emulsion depends on textile structures and types such as natural or synthetic. It recommends the concentration dosage is 6g/l or 25g/l as usual.

 

Packaging, storage and transportation:

IOTA 368 emulsion will freeze when the temperature is less than 5℃. If it freezes, please melt it at room temperature. Please save the emulsion by sealing at 5℃-40℃ to prevent freezing. The self-life of the emulsion is 18 months from the date of production.
