Countermeasures: The abnormal gummy material can improve the dispersibility by the supplementary processing method of low temperature roller thin pass.

Rubber mixing rubber can be plastic too large or small or uneven:

Reason: plasticizing rubber plasticizing degree is not appropriate; Mixing time is too long, too short; Mixing temperature is too high or too low; And the glue is not mixed evenly; Mixing is not uniform; More or less softening plasticizer; Carbon black is added too much, too little or wrong varieties.

Countermeasures: Plastic is too large, too small or uneven mixing compound, if the weight of the compound is normal, hardness and specific gravity are also in the range, can be mixed into the proper amount of normal compound for use (mixing amount is generally 10%~30% appropriate). Or the plasticity of too large and too small plastic compound in proportion to use. For plastic material too small, can be remedied by cold roll thin pass and other supplementary processing. If the other performance indicators of the compound, such as hardness, specific gravity or weight are not qualified, the material needs to be isolated and scrapped.
