Binjiang College of Nanjing University of Information Engineering (hereinafter referred to as "Binjiang College") is a full-time private undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of education in 2002. Nanjing University of information engineering is the national "double first-class" construction college and Jiangsu high-level university construction college. In order to meet the requirements of medium and long-term education reform and development planning in Jiangsu Province, and better serve the regional economic and social development, Binjiang University officially moved to Wuxi in September 2018 with the full support of Jiangsu Provincial Department of education and Wuxi Municipal Party committee and government. The college is located at No. 333, Xishan Avenue, Xincheng business district, Xidong City, Wuxi City, covering an area of 1101 mu, with a total construction area of 306500 square meters. It is adjacent to Wuxi East Station of Beijing Shanghai high speed railway, yingyue Lake Park and Metro Line 2, with beautiful environment and convenient transportation. Recruitment policy
1. Full time teachers with doctor's or deputy senior professional titles or above can purchase preferential commercial housing provided by the College (the average price is about 6800 yuan / m2, with property rights). The first contract period of the buyer is 8 years, and he / she can enjoy the teaching staff dormitory provided by the college for 1 year; the first contract period of the non buyer is 5 years, and he / she can enjoy the teaching staff dormitory provided by the college for 3 years, and the rent subsidy of 1000 yuan / month can be provided if he / she does not enjoy the teaching staff dormitory.
2. The college provides three meals allowance.
3. Assist to apply for Wuxi career development according to Wuxi policy, and assist to solve children's enrollment according to Wuxi policy.

D talents
Excellent doctor, this master's degree is graduated from famous universities (Chinese Academy of Sciences, Academy of Social Sciences, "double first class") at home and abroad, or the graduation discipline is "double first class construction discipline", or ESI, QS discipline ranks the top 100 in the world; in the past three years, no less than 3 high-quality papers have been published in this discipline. The age is about 35 years old, with overseas education experience or deputy senior professional title is preferred.
Relevant treatment for high-end talents: the college provides high-end talents who sign full-time employment contracts and whose personnel files are transferred to the college with generous salary (annual salary system is implemented), and provides all-round support (one person for discussion) in terms of family expenses, scientific research start-up funds, office and experimental facilities, etc. see table 1 below for relevant standards.
（2） Excellent teachers
Excellent doctor, deputy senior and above professional title personnel of well-known universities or scientific research institutions at home and abroad (see Table 2 of post requirements for details). The age is about 35 years old, with overseas education experience is preferred; those with deputy senior and above professional titles can be extended to master's degree, the age is about 40 years old, and those with senior professional titles can be extended to about 45 years old.
Related treatment:
1. The place of work for the recruitment is Wuxi. The basic salary of the employed personnel shall be in accordance with the national and Jiangsu provincial standards, and the incentive performance of the University shall be paid in accordance with the treatment standards for associate professors or professors of Binjiang University; the "five insurances and one fund" and housing subsidies shall be paid in accordance with the corresponding regulations of Jiangsu Province and Wuxi City.
2. The salary of the employed shall be in accordance with the corresponding salary regulations of Binjiang University, with an annual salary of 200000 (before tax, discussed in person), including 250000 (before tax, discussed in person) associate professors with doctoral degree. RMB 200000-500000 for settling down; RMB 150000-500000 for scientific research start-up for natural sciences and RMB 100000-300000 for Humanities and social sciences.
