Nanjing Information Engineering University is located in the core area of Jiangbei new area (national level new area) in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. It is a national "double first-class" construction university and a key supporting University for the construction of Jiangsu high-level university. There are 6 first-class discipline doctoral programs, 22 first-class discipline master programs, 13 professional master programs, and 70 undergraduate programs. Recruitment target and relevant treatment
(1) Excellent teachers
1. Recruitment target
① Professors, associate professors, lecturers or teaching assistants engaged in mathematics, computer technology and engineering, management science and engineering, cloud computing, big data, blockchain, artificial intelligence and other teaching and research in Colleges and universities abroad;
② Personnel who have obtained doctor's degree or postdoctoral Certificate in well-known universities abroad, or scientific research work experience in well-known scientific research institutions abroad, with outstanding scientific research achievements, and are willing to engage in teaching and scientific research related to talent big data.
2. Relevant treatment. Those who meet the requirements of recruitment will be given preferential policies such as the establishment of institutions of higher learning, children's education, family placement, administrative services, health protection, professional title evaluation, etc. basic wages will be implemented according to the relevant standards of the state and Jiangsu Province, and the school's incentive performance will be paid according to the corresponding rank treatment standards of the school. (2) Postdoctoral researchers
1. Recruitment target. A person who has obtained a doctor's degree (generally no more than 3 years) in a well-known university or scientific research institution at home and abroad, has outstanding scientific research achievements or great scientific research potential, and is under the age of 35, and can engage in full-time postdoctoral research.
2. Relevant treatment. All postdoctors who meet the recruitment requirements will be paid an annual salary system (agreement salary, pre tax), with an annual salary of 200000-500000 yuan; social insurance will be provided in accordance with the relevant policies of the state and Jiangsu Province, and subsidies for talent apartments or rental housing will be provided, and they can participate in the evaluation of professional titles.
(3) Doctoral students
1. Requirements:
① Meet the basic requirements of the state and Jiangsu Province for doctoral candidates;
② The graduation major of candidates is closely related to human resource management and big data research and application, such as mathematics, computer technology and engineering, information management and information system, communication engineering, management science and engineering, human resource management, etc;
③ The admitted doctoral students should be separated from their original positions and study full-time.
