Li beiqun, President of our school, introduced the general situation of our school and the setting of Jinniu Lake Industry Education Integration park. President Li beiqun said that the construction of Nanxin University jinniuhu industrial and educational integration Park fully demonstrates the national feelings of Nanxin adults in serving the national strategic development. As the first university to respond to the integrated development strategy of the Yangtze River Delta and promote the integration of universities and regions across provinces, Nanxin University will give full play to the intellectual advantages of "double first-class" universities and promote the integration of universities and regions in scientific research, talent training, industrial incubation and other aspects. At the same time, the school will integrate Jinniu Lake Industry and education integration Park into the integrated construction plan of the knowledge economy circle around Nanxin University, and take Nanxin University as the intellectual engine to continuously promote regional economic and social development.

Mayor he Jiaping said that in September last year, Tianchang municipal government and Nanxin university took the opportunity of the central government's introduction of the Yangtze River Delta integration plan to sign the school land cooperation agreement. Up to now, all work has been carried out in an orderly manner. The formal groundbreaking of the project encouraged Tianchang people and master students of Nanxin. The project is located in the south of jasmine Avenue, the east of zonger Road, the west of fairytale road and Yiyang Avenue in jinniuhu New District, Tianchang City, Anhui Province. The planned land area is about 800 mu, mainly including applied technology college, Longshan college, Graduate School, Research Institute, International Campus and environmental ecological field observation station.
The campus is set up according to the scale of 8000 students, including 5800 undergraduate students, 1000 graduate students, 1000 international students and 200 international training students. The first phase of the bid winning project covers an area of 231206 square meters, with a total construction area of 123314 square meters. It mainly constructs teaching building, administrative building, hall, student apartment, canteen in South District, comprehensive building for teachers and students' activities and logistics, etc.
The campus implements "one-time planning and phased construction", and is currently carrying out planning and design and other related preliminary work. The first phase of the project will be started in April this year according to the scale of 3000 students in school. It will be completed before June 2021, and the first batch of teachers and students can move in in September 2021. Elegant and exquisite, unique teachers' houses will also be constructed simultaneously.
