On April 28, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Yantai high tech Zone organized experts from Yantai Research Institute of China Agricultural University to come to our city to hold agricultural skills training courses, and organized more than 60 enterprises such as Yantai Renkang safety protection products Co., Ltd. and Shandong Rongtian mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. to hold special job fairs.
Professor Yu Lizhi and associate professor Bi Meiguang of Yantai Research Institute of China Agricultural University took the way of special lecture and on-the-spot teaching, respectively, to the poor households and large growers in Fangsi town and Lunzhen, carried out the application of medicine reducing and weight reducing technology for crops such as wheat and corn and the special training of greenhouse tomato planting technology, and taught advanced agricultural skills and knowledge to more than 200 poor households and large growers of grain.

After the special training, a special enterprise recruitment fair was held in maoxu village, Fangsi town. The HR recruitment representatives of more than 60 enterprises in Yantai high tech Zone provided employment consultation for the poor households and farmers who came to apply through on-site answers and distribution of recruitment information brochures.
