IOTA 96211 Silicone Elastomer Gel is a mixture of high molecular weight Vinyldimethicone/ Dimethicone Ethoxy Glucoside Crosspolymer in Cyclopentasiloxane. It is a transparent gel having self-emulsifying with low-temperature processing, which allow it to be formulated into W/O emulsions, W/Si emulsions, O/W emulsions to provide dry smoothness and a light silky skin, non-greasy feel.
