INSTRUCTION FOR USE

To ensure optimal dispersion within the polymer matrix, mechanical incorporation is the standard method for adding IOTA-2437.

The fluid can be blended with powders or pellets using a ribbon blender, high-intensity mixer, or drum tumbler. For efficient processing, a masterbatch can first be prepared in a high-intensity mixer and subsequently diluted with additional powder in a conventional mixer. Effective release is typically achieved at concentrations ranging from 0.01% to 0.5% by weight in the finished pellets. Alternatively, precise dosing can be accomplished by injecting the fluid directly into injection molding machines using a small metering pump.
