About researcher Cai shuqun:
Cai shuqun, researcher (Level 2) of South China Sea Institute of Oceanography, Chinese Academy of Sciences, doctoral supervisor, deputy director of National Key Laboratory of tropical marine environment, winner of National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, young and middle-aged science and technology innovation leaders in the innovation talent promotion plan of the Ministry of Science and technology of the people ' Offer young and middle-aged experts and get special allowance from the government of the State Council. He is mainly engaged in the study of ocean internal waves and circulation, and has independently created a series of numerical models to systematically reveal the generation mechanism, characteristics and propagation evolution law of internal solitary waves in the South China Sea, put forward the method to estimate the load of internal solitary waves on the circular piles of oil platform, and systematically discussed the influence of Kuroshio, monsoon and tidal residual current on the seasonal change mode and mesoscale vortex of the upper flow field in the South China Sea. He has presided over several projects of NSFC Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, key projects, major projects and "863" project of the Ministry of science and technology, published more than 130 papers and one monograph in major journals at home and abroad, and won 6 provincial and ministerial awards including the first prize of Marine Engineering Science and Technology (ranking 1) of China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association.
