1、 Introduction to PI: Lin Tao, professor and doctoral supervisor of School of horticulture, China Agricultural University. In 2016, Dr. Lin Tao obtained the doctor's degree from the Institute of vegetables and flowers of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences; in 2016-2019, he carried out postdoctoral research in the Institute of genetics and developmental biology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences; in 2019, he joined China Agricultural University. In the past five years, 19 SCI papers have been published, including 7 papers published by the first author and corresponding author (including co authors) in Nature Genetics, national science review, plant physiology, Journal of genetics and genetics, theoretical and applied genetics and other international mainstream academic journals. In 2016, he was selected as the first batch of "postdoctoral innovative talents plan"; in 2019, he was appointed as the host of the project to undertake a national key research and development project of the Ministry of science and technology. 2、 Candidates should have a strong sense of career, responsibility and teamwork spirit, and be able to independently complete related research topics; 2. Have obtained or will obtain a doctoral degree, have strong writing ability in Chinese and English, and be able to read professional literature in English; 3. Position 1: have professional knowledge and skills in genetics, bioinformatics, and can be independent Use R, python, Perl, Java and other languages to write scripts and analyze data; assist pi to declare related scientific research projects or independently declare NSFC projects. 4. Position 2: have professional knowledge and skills in genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology and other related fields; assist PI in applying for relevant scientific research projects or independently applying for NSFC projects. 3、 Salary and welfare shall be in accordance with the relevant regulations of China Agricultural University on post doctoral management. The basic annual salary (including five insurances and one fund) shall be about 200000 yuan, and shall be adjusted dynamically according to the work performance. Excellent candidates shall be given preferential treatment. 2. During the station period, there are performance rewards for high-level achievements based on the laboratory. 3. According to the relevant regulations of the state and the school, it shall enjoy the same welfare treatment as the teaching staff, such as the union welfare and the admission of children to the park. 4.
