Four years of college life passed in a flash, and then came to an important choice in life. Students have already started to rush for their future according to their own situation. Some students choose to further study and some choose to work. I choose to study in my hometown and serve the grassroots. Now I'd like to share with you the reasons for my choice of orientation students, the preparation process and precautions.
Deep understanding and firm choice
When I was a sophomore, I learned about Orienteering through an elder sister in my hometown. Later, I learned about the application conditions, examination time and work content of the students through school network and college network. I am from the countryside and I know the current situation of rural people's life very well. I want to go to the grassroots level of my hometown and make contributions to my hometown with my own strength. Through understanding, I have an idea about the candidates after graduation. Since then, in addition to studying professional knowledge diligently, I have also actively participated in extracurricular activities, actively served as a class committee for students, and focused on exercising my ability and improving myself from all aspects in and out of class.
Careful preparation and perseverance
Since October 2019, many provinces have announced the enrollment of candidates. When the announcement of Guizhou Province came out, I compared it with the previous year's announcement, studied the position of application and the materials needed for application. It took two days from the announcement to the success of application. In Guizhou Province, the enrollment time of the directional candidates is the first ten days of November and the written examination time is the first ten days of December.
After registering, I began to make preparation plans, purchase corresponding review materials, and watch relevant courses on the Internet. The review materials I bought are a set of real questions of previous years, and I have done ten sets of real questions in one month. The number of questions is not so much, but that we can understand each question and draw inferences from others. After each set of questions is completed, I will carefully analyze the questions and key points in accordance with the reference answers, and summarize the answer methods of each question. For me, the more difficult part of the exam is to write a composition. During the preparation period, in addition to doing exercises, I also need to pay attention to current affairs and related comments, summarize some writing methods, accumulate sentences and writing methods with my notebook, and browse them every morning just before I get up and go to bed at night.
Compared with the written test, the interview test is bigger. I get nervous at the thought of an interview. At that time, I was busy preparing for the interview, so I didn't report to the class. I prepare for the interview in three steps. The first stage is to watch learning videos on the Internet, learn other people's review methods and review materials suitable for you; the second stage is to study each question type, answer method and answer key points; the third stage is the most critical stage, which is to summarize your own answer method and refine your language. In order to exercise my on-the-spot performance and find out and fill in the gaps more carefully, when I was five days away from the interview, I used my mobile phone to record the process of my answers, and then through playback of the video, I checked my shortcomings, and gradually improved my performance through this method.
Interview is a difficult stage in the whole preparation process
Finally, share some tips for the interview:
(1) When time and economic conditions permit, the interview can be reported to the class. Try not to choose big courses. There are too many people in big courses. Everyone's time will be compressed to the limit, and the effect of training will be greatly reduced. After all, interview training is mainly about opening up.
(2) Keep a good attitude. A philosopher said: "your mind is your master. "The real difference in the interview field is the individual mentality. In the examination room, don't think whether other people's answers are more perfect than yourself. Instead, pay attention to the questions of the interview, actively transfer all the resources you have, and give a perfect answer to the questions. A good mentality enables your brain to mobilize more resources. The answers are flesh and blood, easy to be accepted by examiners, and easy to get high scores.
(3) Face up to mistakes bravely. It's very difficult to pursue perfection. It's not easy to do well. During the interview, if you get stuck occasionally, you should adjust quickly, smile a little, cheer yourself up and turn around the embarrassing situation, which will help to increase the examiner's good impression on you. In case of a small mistake, don't go back and say it again. Instead, continue to answer the questions to ensure the integrity and consistency of the answers.
(4) Confidence. When answering questions, be sure to have confidence in what you have answered. Only those who believe in themselves can gain the trust of others. When you question the content of your answers, it will affect the time and effect of later answers, and the examiner's influence on you may be greatly reduced.
(5) Control the time of answering questions. Try to control the time when answering questions, which needs to be strengthened in normal practice.
(6) The answers are clear and the examples are detailed. Comprehensive analysis of the topic, the same problem, different people have different views, after analysis, to form their own views.
University is the place where we can learn and master the knowledge needed in the future work before entering the society. Therefore, we should cherish the time of University.
First of all, in the university to ensure their own learning, do their best to improve their academic performance. Second, we should actively participate in various activities in the University, such as school activities, college activities and other activities, through which we can exercise our own ability and seize various opportunities to exercise ourselves. Finally, we should pay attention to improving our communication ability and communicating with others in the University. Only by practicing solid basic skills in university can we advance more calmly and powerfully in the future.
