Interview introduction
Semi structured / structured interview
Structured interview is an interview method which is designed in advance according to a series of questions in a certain order to ask the candidates and evaluate their answers. Specifically, it includes the following elements: standardized assessment team, structured interview topics, structured assessment elements and structured interview process.

Interview without leading group
Leaderless group interview is a kind of evaluation technology that uses scenario simulation to conduct group interview for examinees. It requires a group of examinees (usually 8-12 people in a group) to discuss a given problem without specifying a team leader.

Bank interview and examination
There are different interview forms in different banking systems, mainly in the form of combination of leaderless and semi-structured / structured examinations. Leaderless interviews are mainly in the form of choice and dilemma, while semi-structured / structured interviews are mainly in the form of self-awareness, comprehensive analysis and interpersonal communication. Take the autumn recruitment interview of Bank of China in 2020 as an example.
Note: for 20-year graduates, the following contents can also be prepared:

Semi structured interview evaluation elements
(1) The matching degree of self cognition and proposed position
Example: have you ever made a plan, but how did you solve the unexpected situation in the plan? Answer with your own experience
(2) Consciousness and skills of interpersonal communication
E.g.: the leader asked you to tell your colleagues to "go away if you can't do it well". What should you do?
(3) Ability of planning, organization and coordination
Example: financial service entering the community is a popular financial service mode among the banking industry. What are the key points and difficulties in the community service activities of banks?
(4) Resilience
Example: the customer has 100000 yuan to deposit in the bank, and the bank personnel found that there was a counterfeit currency, what should you do?
(5) Comprehensive analysis ability
Example: AI is developing rapidly now. Would you please talk about your understanding of AI?
(6) Manner and appearance
