Structured interview is an interview method which is designed in advance according to a series of questions in a certain order to ask the candidates and evaluate their answers. Leaderless group interview is a kind of evaluation technology that uses scenario simulation to conduct group interview for examinees. It requires a group of examinees (usually 8-12 people in a group) to discuss a given problem without specifying a team leader.

Bank interview and examination
