1、 Research direction and cooperation tutor
（1） Research direction:
1. Green planting and quality improvement; 2. Integration of green planting and breeding, resource efficiency and environmental emission reduction; 3. Rural ecological environment engineering and resource efficient circulation; 4. Green food; 5. Development of green industry and mechanism guarantee.

Zhang Fusuo, Dean of national agricultural Green Development Research Institute of China Agricultural University, director of research on efficient utilization of phosphorus resources and water environment protection in Yangtze River economic belt, and teachers in related fields of Anhui Agricultural University.
2、 Application conditions and job responsibilities
1. Within 2 years or about to obtain a doctor's degree;
2. Age 35 and below (including 35 years old);
3. He is willing to contribute to the development of the country's countryside and agriculture, and has the ability to independently carry out scientific research in the front line of rural production;
4. With solid basic theory and strong professional ability, it has professional background in agricultural resources and environment (plant nutrition, soil), crop production (Agronomy, horticulture, plant protection), Animal Science (animal nutrition, feed engineering, etc.), environmental science and engineering, food science and nutrition engineering, industrial economy, etc;
5. Have high level of English literature reading and writing ability and good oral expression ability, and have published scientific research papers as the first author in related fields; among them, apply for excellent postdoctoral, publish one SCI paper in the first district of Chinese Academy of Sciences or publish a single paper in SCI academic journals with an impact factor of more than 6.0 during the period of Ph.D. and within 2 years after graduation; or obtain high level of academic performance, academic water Ping is recognized and recommended by the cooperation tutor;
6. High sense of responsibility, strong sense of service and team spirit;
7. The candidates shall transfer the personnel relationship to Agricultural University of China or Anhui Agricultural University when handling the entry formalities and ensure that they are fully out of production and engaged in post doctoral research.
3、 Related treatment
In principle, the contract period of the excellent postdoctoral program of Anhui Agricultural University is 3 years. After entering the station, we will enjoy the corresponding postdoctoral personnel policy. The selected excellent postdoctoral personnel will receive the treatment of "basic salary + Performance Award". The basic salary is 200000 yuan per year (including the part borne by the housing accumulation fund and medical insurance individuals). The school and the cooperative tutor will bear 1 / 2 of each, and the school and college can also bear the same（ Platform) and tutor each bear 1 / 3. The basic salary shall be paid on a monthly basis; the performance award is composed of fixed award and performance award. If it meets the outbound requirements, a fixed award of 50000 yuan will be given at one time; and a start-up fund of 150000 yuan will be provided for scientific research. Doctors who are not selected into the "excellent postdoctoral project" can enter the station with ordinary postdoctoral according to the "measures for postdoctoral management of Anhui Agricultural University", with a basic salary of 100000-150000 yuan (including five insurances and one gold) per year. Excellent postdoctors and postdoctors shall be managed in accordance with relevant management methods.
