Notice on public recruitment of staff of Nanjing University of Information Engineering in 2020 (the first batch)
Nanjing University of information engineering is an institution which is in charge of the Provincial Department of education. In order to better select excellent talents, enrich the talent team and optimize the teacher structure, Nanjing University of information engineering is now recruiting outstanding talents for the public. In accordance with the measures of Jiangsu Province on public recruitment of public institutions and other provisions, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
Conditions for registration
(1) Having the nationality of the people's Republic of China and abiding by the Constitution and laws of the people's Republic of China.
(2) Abide by laws and disciplines, conduct integrity, unity and cooperation, respect for industry, music, integrity and public service.
(3) Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post, and be able to engage in front-line teaching and scientific research.
(4) Age requirements: the age of doctoral students shall not exceed 40 years (born after January 1, 1980), the age of deputy senior professional and technical posts shall not exceed 45 years (born after January 1, 1975), and the age of senior professional and technical posts shall not exceed 50 years (born after January 1, 1970). Among them, the urgently needed discipline personnel with doctoral degree, deputy senior professional title and senior professional title can be relaxed by 5 years. For the urgently needed discipline, please refer to "other instructions" in the post table.
(5) Have the professional and technical qualifications required for the post (see the post table for details). Graduates should graduate before March 31, 2021 and obtain corresponding academic degrees. Graduates of teaching and scientific research institutions at home and abroad studying at the same time refer to those studying in teaching and scientific research institutions at home and abroad and graduating at the same time with domestic fresh graduates. The time requirement for graduation at the same time is the same as that of domestic fresh graduates.
(6) Taiwan students with full-time college education in mainland China and other Taiwan residents with recognized education in mainland China shall apply in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and our province.

(1) Time, place and method of application
Candidates apply through the "open recruitment platform of public institutions affiliated to Jiangsu Province", photos upload and qualification preliminary examination are conducted synchronously through the network. Registration website: http://sydwzk.jshrss.gov.cn.

2. Qualification preliminary examination time: 09:00 on March 31, 2020 to 16:00 on July 31, 2020;
(2) Online confirmation
(1) Applicants can go to the registration website 24 hours after submitting the registration information online to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination of the recruitment department (company).
(2) No application fee and examination fee will be charged for this open recruitment. The application will be successful after passing the preliminary examination;
(3) If the applicant fails to confirm the application qualification and upload photos on time, the application will be deemed invalid.
(3) Notes for registration
1. According to the job requirements and online prompts, the candidates fill in the relevant information truthfully, and upload their recent two inch (35 × 45mm) certificate photo of bareheaded front, in JPG format, with the size of less than 20KB.
Applicants should fill in their own research direction, papers and works published by the first author, research topics presided over and overseas study and work experience information in the column of "study and work experience". Nanjing University of information engineering reviews the information provided by the candidates. Once the applicant is verified, he / she will be disqualified.
2. This announcement is a long-term announcement. All positions for recruitment are doctoral candidates, and there is no opening proportion. After 10 working days of the announcement, the assessment procedure will be started irregularly according to the position registration, and the position recruitment will stop when it is full.
3. Candidates can only select one position registration from the position table. After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed. Candidates who fail to pass the preliminary qualification examination can report other positions that meet the qualification conditions during the application period. Applicants should use the second generation ID card within the validity period for registration. The registration and the ID card used in the examination hall must be the same.
4. Applicants are not allowed to apply under any of the following circumstances:
① Active servicemen and college students are not fresh graduates;
② If the applicant has husband wife relationship, direct blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations, close in marriage relationship and other relatives to be avoided with the staff of public institutions, he shall not apply for the management position with direct superior subordinate leadership relationship, and the position to be avoided as required by the regulations on personnel management avoidance of public institutions.
If the person in charge of the employing unit and the public recruitment staff have the above-mentioned kinship with the applicant, or there are other circumstances that may affect the fairness of the public recruitment, they shall be avoided.
③ Those who have not yet been relieved of disciplinary sanctions or are undergoing disciplinary review, or whose time limit for criminal punishment has not expired, or who are being investigated for suspected illegal crimes;
④ Personnel who are not allowed to apply for relevant posts in public institutions according to other regulations of the state and the province.
Examination method, time and implementation method
The examination methods are: ① Audition; ② interview
(1) After the initial examination of the applicant's Application qualification, each department of our university will review the detailed materials such as personal information, study and work experience, scientific research achievements provided by the applicant (detailed materials supplemented by notice of incomplete materials) and conduct comprehensive evaluation. Candidates who have passed the review and evaluation will be notified by the college by phone or email. Candidates shall participate in the assessment at the specified time and place.
(2) Before the assessment, the school will review the qualifications of the candidates, and the candidates must submit the following materials: 1. The highest education background, degree certificate, ID card, professional and technical post qualification certificate, other teaching and scientific research achievements and experience certification materials; 2. The domestic fresh graduates shall provide the graduation certificate issued by the provincial education administrative department Students' two-way choice of employment recommendation form; overseas academic degree certificates must obtain the certification of China Service Center of the Ministry of education; if there is any doubt about the domestic higher education academic certificate, it needs to be certified by Jiangsu university enrollment and employment guidance service center.
(3) The assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the measures formulated by Nanjing University of information engineering. The assessment is divided into two steps: Department Assessment and school assessment. The staff who passed the examination of the Department participated in the examination of the school. The assessment method will inform the candidates by telephone, email, etc.
(4) The assessment method of the Department is trial lecture, and that of the school is interview.
(5) The content of the trial lecture is mainly related to the professional knowledge and comprehensive ability required by the recruitment position, mainly testing the teaching ability, professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality required by the candidates to perform their duties, and assessing the candidates' scientific research ability and potential, and the matching degree of the specialty and research direction. If the test score reaches 80 (full score of 100), it is qualified. Among the qualified candidates, according to the order from high score to low score, the candidates for interview shall be determined according to 1:3 of the number of candidates to be employed for each recruitment post, and those who are not qualified shall be determined according to the actual number. The school interview mainly tests the professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality required for the performance of post duties. The qualification line of interview score is 80 points (full score is 100 points). The candidates are informed of the results of the trial and interview on the spot. The total score (score = test score × 50% + interview score × 50%) of the candidates shall be calculated on the 100% system, and the qualified score shall not be less than 80% of the total score. The assessment results will be announced on the spot.
Physical examination, investigation and employment
After the examination, the total score of the candidates shall be determined according to the calculation method of the total score. Among the qualified persons in each single examination (test), the physical examination personnel shall be determined from high score to low score according to the proportion of 1:1 of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment post. The standard of physical examination shall be implemented in accordance with the general standard of physical examination for recruitment of national civil servants (for Trial Implementation). In case of vacancy of recruitment post due to unqualified physical examination and other reasons, no replacement personnel shall participate in physical examination.
The employer shall organize the assessment of the qualified personnel, and determine the list of personnel to be employed according to the assessment and physical examination results. The list of personnel to be employed will be published on the website of human resources and social security of Jiangsu Province for 7 working days. The publicity contents include post number, recruitment unit, post name, name of the personnel to be employed, graduation college, current work unit, all results, total results, ranking of recruitment examination, etc.
For those who have no objection to the public announcement, after being put on record by the provincial human resources and social security department, the employer shall handle the relevant employment procedures for them, sign an employment contract with them, and stipulate the probation period. Upon the expiration of the probation period, those who pass the assessment shall be assigned posts and ranks; those who fail to pass the assessment shall be disqualified from employment and the employment contract shall be terminated.
Under any of the following circumstances, the school will cancel the employment qualification:
1. Personnel without work unit do not sign employment contract with the school within 15 working days after the school informs them to sign employment contract;
2. Graduates who are unable to obtain corresponding academic degree certificates before the time specified in this announcement;
3. The on-the-job personnel can't provide the certificate to terminate the relationship with the original unit.
