In April, the 19th annual summary meeting of volunteer service team of China Agricultural University was held in the afternoon of April 5, 2020. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the meeting was held online. The meeting was attended by: team leader, deputy team leader, ministers and deputy ministers of all departments, project center leaders and all officers. At the meeting, team leader Qiao Rui and vice team leader Feng Yuliang made a speech on last year's work; each department mainly introduced the work situation, team building, reflection and Prospect of the year; at the same time, the ministerial group also expressed the expectation and blessing to the officers by making a small video.
The purpose of this conference is to find out the deficiencies and improve them in time by summarizing the work of the previous year, and to put forward specific plans for the future development of the team.

Vice captain's speech
Feng Yuliang first expressed his joy that the meeting could be held as scheduled. Then, the vice captain expressed his thanks and fully affirmed the efforts made by all the staff of the Corps for the development of the Corps. He mentioned that in the process of organizing and concluding the activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China, many new tasks were added to all the departments of the Corps, and the burden was heavier. However, each member worked hard to complete the tasks, from which we can see the efforts and sweat of all people 。 At the same time, he also expressed his gratitude and gratification to the new class 19 students who chose the team. Finally, vice captain Feng Yuliang hopes that no matter where we are in the future, we can remember the big family of the headquarters and regard the headquarters as a dependence.

Office
Chen Qiushui, director of the office, first introduced the daily work of the office in the previous year, especially the financial reimbursement project and information collection and sorting. As the Central Department of the Corps, the director has standardized and improved the rules and regulations and voluntary regulations of the office, and updated the Corps profile and structure chart. Not only that, the director also introduced the work handover between the office and other departments. In addition, the director gave a detailed introduction to the work of the office in the National Day parade and the volunteer activities of the world horticultural exposition.
At the same time, director Chen Qiushui also introduced the growth process of the office for one year, and expressed his gratitude to the office staff for their efforts. Finally, the director showed us the lively and interesting group construction activities held by the office in the interval of serious work, and hoped to better improve and hold the group construction activities.

Activity Department
The speech by Huang Qicheng, Minister of the activity department, centered on the specific functions and work arrangements of the activity department, introduced to us the specific structure and important activities of the activity department. The activity department is now composed of six groups, which are mainly responsible for the preparation of activity planning, venue arrangement, material preparation and handling, as well as the closing of the activity site. Then, the minister combed the important activities carried out by the activity department in the previous year: from the new semester at the end of August to the Department Recruitment and project recruitment in September, to the new party and queuing day in November, and the volunteer Carnival in December. The success of every activity is inseparable from the hard work of all members of the activity department.
Finally, Minister Huang Qicheng reflected and looked forward to the shortcomings of the activity department at this stage. He hoped that in the new academic year, the activity department could continue to make progress, make breakthroughs in the participation of activities, personnel distribution and team building, and sincerely hoped that the volunteer service team could continue to develop vigorously.

Outreach Division
Song Han, Vice Minister of the Ministry of external relations, made a summary and Reflection on the work of the previous year from three aspects: sponsorship and cooperation, voluntary projects, and university exchanges. In the last year, the outreach Department achieved good results in terms of sponsorship income and university exchanges. Song Han, vice minister, showed us the volunteer documentary work and daily work and exchanges of the outreach department's officers through screenshots, which well demonstrated the efficiency and department style of the outreach department's work. In addition to the daily work, the outreach department also attaches great importance to the team building activities. At the end of the video, it shows the cohesion of the Department and the warm moments of the members.
In addition, the vice minister also proposed that the team building, internal communication of the team, University communication and sponsorship form should be improved, and put forward ardent hope for the development of the outreach department.

Propaganda Department
Zhang Boyu, Minister of publicity department, summarized the work of the past year from four aspects: Department profile, year review, team building and future outlook. There are many developments and changes in the four groups of the publicity department in this year. For example, wechat group innovated in the audit mode, added Xiumi link, and also added long-term and short-term menu bar; PS group's works have high output, high quality, wide application, and also added the use of watermark; the photography and video group established the Agricultural University cloud disk and the headquarters material library, and accumulated a lot of materials Life image material.
Although there are many innovations in the work, there are some shortcomings, mainly including high error rate, low efficiency and lack of rigor. In this regard, the Minister of publicity also gave corresponding improvement measures. At the same time, in terms of team building, the publicity department organized a party and dinner, which enhanced the communication within the Department. With regard to the future, the minister introduced that further efforts will be made to enhance attention, optimize department construction and strengthen contacts. Finally, the Propaganda Department introduced all members of the Department in a small video and shared the warm moments in the Department.

Organization Department
The organization department first reviewed the work of the past year along the timeline. In the past year, due to the increase in the number of important volunteer activities, the workload of volunteer Beijing has increased. During the period from May 2019 to March 2020, more than 6006 volunteers were recruited in Beijing, an increase of 40% over the previous year; the cumulative entry time exceeded 372265 hours, an increase of 412% over the previous year. Although the workload has increased, the Organization Department has continued its rigorous work attitude and achieved the overall goal of good work performance.
After the introduction of the overall work, Niu Zirong, head of the Organization Department, analyzed the current shortcomings. There are four main points as follows: the contact with public welfare organizations is not close enough, the accuracy of volunteer Beijing needs to be strengthened, the communication with project leaders needs to be improved, and the assignment of tasks needs to be more detailed and the enthusiasm needs to be further cultivated. The Minister of organization also analyzed these shortcomings and encouraged everyone to do better in the next session.
Finally, the Organization Department ends with a small video, expressing its thanks to the team, the organization department and all the players. The beautiful moment in the video also touched everyone present.

Project Center
One group and two groups of the project center have made detailed and unique analysis on each brand project, leading everyone to understand the development and change of each volunteer project and problem solving from different perspectives.
In almost all volunteer projects, there will be the same difficulty, that is, how to ensure the quality of volunteer work. In this regard, each project has established or continued to improve the gray list system of volunteers, so as to urge and supervise volunteers to provide good volunteer services. Of course, the leaders of each project have made great efforts in this year, which also makes each project make new progress in some aspects. For example, the number of volunteers increased, the length of volunteering increased, the influence of the project further increased and received positive comments from the outside world.

Since the outbreak of winter vacation, although the various projects are still in a state of suspension, but the leaders still do not stop their work, everyone in the project center is actively preparing and planning, ready to welcome the restart of volunteer projects. I believe that in the near future, each project will also usher in a more substantial tomorrow!

At the end of the meeting, team leader Qiao Rui made a summary speech to the conference and expressed his wishes and hopes. For the head team, the team leader hopes to achieve the goal of turning the head team into a more mature organization in the future. For the future, Captain Qiao Rui hopes that the team will grow bigger and better, and that everyone can keep moving forward and become a person satisfying himself.
Time is in a hurry, everything has not changed. What has changed is the age of everyone. What has changed is everyone's enthusiasm for voluntary service and deep attachment to the team. The headquarters is our home in the University, which we can rely on and have a sense of belonging.
