Recruitment of full-time counselors, management and technical personnel of Nanjing University of Information Engineering
Nanjing University of information engineering enjoys the reputation of "cradle of China's Meteorological talents". Its predecessor, Nanjing University of meteorology, was founded in 1960. In 1978, it was designated as a national key university by the State Council. In 2004, it was renamed Nanjing University of information engineering. In 2017, it was selected as the national "double first-class" construction university and Jiangsu high-level university construction university. The school is located in the north foot of Longwangshan, the core area of Jiangbei new district (National New District) in Nanjing, with convenient transportation and beautiful scenery.
Now, due to work needs, full-time counselors, management and teaching assistants are recruited to the public. The specific information is announced as follows:
1、 Recruitment position and plan
1. 12 full-time counselors;
2. Three full-time teachers in the center of students' mental health education;
3. 5 administrative posts;
4. 2 professional and technical posts in Network Information Center;
5. There are 2 professional and technical posts in modern education technology center.
2、 Recruitment conditions and qualification requirements
（1） Full time counselor position
1. Basic conditions
(1) He must have the nationality of the people's Republic of China, a firm political position, implement the party's educational policy, abide by discipline and law, love the cause of higher education, and have the theoretical level and policy level required to perform his post duties.
(2) Love the ideological and political education of college students, with a high sense of career and responsibility, integrity, fair and just work, a strong spirit of dedication and innovation. In view of the particularity and continuity of the Counselor's work, in principle, the counselor shall have worked for at least 4 years.
(3) He has a healthy body and good psychological quality. He is good at communicating with people. He has a strong affinity and appeal. He is optimistic and enterprising.
(4) He or she has been a major student cadre for one year or more during the period of postgraduate or undergraduate, and he or she who has obtained the degree of overseas education will not be required to be a student cadre. I have been awarded school level or above, and have strong organization and management ability, language expression ability and computer application ability.
(5) Those who have the professional knowledge background suitable for the work of counselors or who have the same or similar majors as the existing majors of our university, have obtained the professional qualification certificate of psychological counselor, professional counselor, professional planner or have the pre job training experience of counselors (the original of certification materials must be provided), shall be given priority.
2. Qualification requirements
(1) Party members of the Communist Party of China (including preparatory members of the Communist Party of China).
(2) In principle, both undergraduate and graduate students study in high-level universities or well-known research institutes at home and abroad. Obtain full-time graduate degree and master's degree or above; applicants who obtain overseas academic degree certificate shall provide certificate of academic degree issued by overseas study service center of the Ministry of education.
(3) The age of doctoral students is not more than 32 years old (born after January 1, 1988), and that of master students is not more than 28 years old (born after January 1, 1992). At present, the age of social workers who are engaged in the work of full-time student counselors can be appropriately relaxed.
（2） Full time teacher of student mental health education center
Basic conditions and qualification requirements:
(1) He must have the nationality of the people's Republic of China, a firm political position, implement the party's educational policy, abide by discipline and law, love the cause of higher education, and have the theoretical level and policy level required to perform his post duties.
(2) Love students' mental health education, have a high sense of career and responsibility, have a strong spirit of dedication and innovation.
(3) Have a solid psychological theoretical knowledge and professional skills. Have received systematic psychological consultation professional training, have some practical experience in psychological consultation, have strong teaching and scientific research ability, and have relevant qualification certificate in psychological consultation work is preferred.
(4) Can obey the school work arrangement, has the healthy physique and the good psychological quality. Experience in student cadre is preferred.
(5) In principle, both undergraduate and graduate students study psychology in high-level universities or well-known research institutes at home and abroad. Obtain full-time graduate degree and master's degree or above; applicants who obtain overseas academic degree certificate shall provide certificate of academic degree issued by overseas study service center of the Ministry of education.
(6) The age of doctoral students is not more than 32 years old (born after January 1, 1988), and that of master students is not more than 28 years old (born after January 1, 1992). The age of the social workers who are engaged in psychological consultation can be appropriately relaxed.
（3） Administrative management post
The staff employed for administrative management posts will be arranged to work in the office of the college and the administrative department of the school according to the professional situation. The specific conditions are as follows:
1. Have good political and ideological quality and physical quality, honest, positive, down-to-earth, strong sense of responsibility, correct facial features, physical and mental health;
2. Have the spirit of cooperation, be good at communicating with people, have a good sense of service and strong ability of management and coordination;
3. Have good writing ability, familiar with official document writing, have good language expression ability and English application ability; can operate computer and mainstream office automation software skillfully.
4. With full-time graduate degree, master's degree or above, in principle, both undergraduate and graduate students are studying in high-level universities or well-known scientific research institutes at home and abroad; applicants who have obtained overseas academic degree certificate shall provide the academic degree certificate issued by the overseas study service center of the Ministry of education.
5. The age of doctoral students shall not exceed 32 years old (born after January 1, 1988) and master students shall not exceed 28 years old (born after January 1, 1992). The age of social employees with relevant work experience in enterprises and institutions may be appropriately relaxed.
（4） Professional technical post of Network Information Center
1. Familiar with the design, development, management and maintenance of information system related to the construction of smart campus, proficient in computer hardware and software knowledge and network management related knowledge, with strong computer application ability or certain software development ability;
2. Have good political and ideological quality and physical quality, honest, positive, down-to-earth, strong sense of responsibility, correct facial features, physical and mental health;
3. Have the spirit of cooperation, be good at communicating with people, have a good sense of service and strong ability of management and coordination;
4. Full time graduate degree in computer and related major, master degree or above;
5. The age of doctoral students shall not exceed 32 years old (born after January 1, 1988) and master students shall not exceed 28 years old (born after January 1, 1992). The age of social employees with relevant work experience in enterprises and institutions may be appropriately relaxed.
（5） Professional and technical posts of modern education technology center
1. Have good ideological and political quality and physical quality, love educational technology work, honest, positive, down-to-earth, responsible, healthy, cooperative spirit, good sense of service and strong management and coordination ability;
2. Familiar with audio and video shooting and production, course resource design and production, proficient in the operation and application of non-linear editing and other video editing tools, with strong computer system application ability;
3. Full time master degree or above in modern education technology, computer, electronic information, information management, digital media technology and other related majors, with solid professional knowledge;
4. The age of doctoral students shall not exceed 32 years old (born after January 1, 1988) and master students shall not exceed 28 years old (born after January 1, 1992). The age of social employees with relevant work experience in enterprises and institutions may be appropriately relaxed.

5. Applicants are required to fill in the form and apply according to the position category. They are not allowed to apply at the same time. They are required to "fill in the application information online" and send the application materials by email. 6. Any of the following circumstances shall not apply:

4、 Registration deadline

5、 Assessment procedure
1. After the registration, the school organizes the preliminary qualification examination of the applicants, determines the list of the examinees and publishes it on the website of the human resources department (those who fail to enter the assessment will not be notified separately).
2. Assessment procedures mainly include material authenticity review, written test, psychological test (part of the post), interview, etc. The specific form, content, time and place of the assessment will be notified on the website of the human resources department.
3. The school will determine the list of personnel to be employed according to the results of assessment, physical examination and investigation, and handle the relevant employment procedures after the announcement of no objection.
4. Before August 1, 2020, all the employed personnel shall obtain the qualifications such as academic degree certificate or overseas academic degree certificate, and apply for entry, otherwise, the university has the right to cancel the employment qualification.
6、 Post treatment
The personnel to be employed shall adopt the method of non staff personnel agency and sign an employment agreement with Nanjing University of information engineering, and the treatment shall be in accordance with the corresponding regulations of the University.
