2、 Enrollment plan
In 2019, the comprehensive evaluation enrollment plan shall not exceed 5% of the total number of the first batch of undergraduate enrollment plans of our University (among which, the liberal arts plan shall not exceed 60 people, and the total enrollment plan of our university shall be subject to the determination of the specific higher level competent department).

Note: in 2018, our university and the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences officially signed a cooperation agreement. As the first local university to sign cooperation with USTC, our university will carry out comprehensive and in-depth inter university cooperation with USTC, carry out the integration of Ben Shuo Bo joint training project, and realize collaborative education. The students are arranged in separate classes and managed by our president Wang college. The teaching plan and syllabus are jointly formulated by the two schools, and teachers from both sides are arranged to teach together. High school graduates of Jiangsu Province with excellent comprehensive quality who have the qualification to apply for the unified enrollment examination of general colleges and universities in 2019 can apply for the examination if they meet one of the following conditions.

2. Ideological and moral conduct: those who have won the honorary titles of excellent student cadres and three good students at or above prefecture level in senior high school, or outstanding performance in charity, voluntary service, ideological and moral aspects and won awards from prefecture level cities or above shall be examined and approved by the school expert group.
3. Academic excellence: at least three semesters of final grade (or model test) in senior high school rank in the forefront of the same grade and the same subject.
Ranking requirements:
(1) Candidates from four-star middle schools, who have three or more semesters of final results (including model test) in senior high school, rank in the top 20% of the students in the corresponding subjects (including); or middle school students who have promoted quality education and cooperated with our school's personnel training, who have three or more semesters of final results (including model test) in senior high school, rank in the corresponding subjects in grade Top 30% of the students in the class.
(2) Candidates from three-star and private secondary schools must be in the top 5% (inclusive).
4. Innovative skills: have innovative ability, special skills or potential in a subject area to be enrolled and can provide the most representative certification materials, which are approved by the school expert group.
5、 Registration method
In our school, online application is adopted for comprehensive evaluation and enrollment, and paper application materials are not accepted.
1. Registration time: April 10-20, 2019 (registration system is closed at 24:00 on the 20th)
2. Online registration: candidates who meet the registration conditions shall enter the registration website at http://bm.chsi.com.cn/ at the specified time, and submit the following application materials after filling in the electronic scanning copy or pictures according to the prompts of the registration system.
(1) Nanjing University of information technology 2019 comprehensive evaluation enrollment application form (generated by the system after enrollment, generated and printed by the enrollment system after online enrollment, each page must be signed by the examinee, signed by the person in charge of the middle school and stamped with the official seal of the middle school). The above materials must be scanned or photographed in the original and uploaded according to the requirements of the registration system, and submitted online through the registration system. Candidates should ensure that the uploaded materials are true, accurate and clear. If the application is not completed as required or the materials are unqualified, the application will be invalid.
3. Payment: candidates should pay 60 yuan of enrollment test fee in the enrollment system (please read the enrollment regulations carefully before enrollment, and consider carefully according to the conditions, no refund will be made after payment). The charging standard shall be implemented in accordance with the documents of Jiangsu Provincial Price Bureau and Jiangsu Provincial Department of finance "notice on further clarifying the charging policies of colleges and universities in our province" (sujiafei [2007] No. 423, sucaizong [2007] No. 92, and sujiaocai [2007] No. 89).
6、 Selection procedure
1. Qualification examination
After the application deadline, our school will organize experts to conduct preliminary qualification examination on the application materials. In the process of material review, the school will review the certification materials submitted by candidates. Secondary schools and examinees must also be responsible for the authenticity of all materials submitted. Those who provide false materials will be disqualified from comprehensive evaluation and enrollment and will be seriously dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of education.
The list of candidates passed the preliminary examination will be publicized on our university's undergraduate enrollment website before May 10, 2019, and reported to the provincial education examination institute as required.
Those who pass the preliminary examination must confirm the interview organized by our university on the Internet, and the deadline is May 25, 2019. Those who fail to confirm the interview will be deemed to have given up the interview qualification.
2. Assessment arrangement
The assessment is scheduled for June 16. Candidates who have successfully paid for the examination will come to our school on time with their ID card, examination permit and the original certification materials corresponding to the application conditions. The assessment is carried out in the form of comprehensive quality interview, mainly examining students' subject specialty, innovation potential, comprehensive application of knowledge analysis and problem-solving ability, language expression ability, etc. The specific arrangement will be further notified through the University's undergraduate enrollment network.
