Recently, under the support of Party committees and governments at all levels and the guidance of experts and tutors of Rural Revitalization of China Agricultural University, the urban driven Rural Revitalization experimental village project in Fu'an village, Jincheng Town, overcame the impact of the epidemic and started construction.
Before the formal commencement of the project, the leading group of the project construction organized the team members stationed in the village, the cadres of Fu'an village group, the supervision company and the construction party to set up the site working group, and held three site office meetings successively, to carry out specific discussions on the repair and protection scheme, appearance repair, roof replacement tiles, beam support replacement and other matters of the ancient residential buildings in the experimental village, and modify and improve the preliminary construction party for many times Case. The working group made clear "five very important" and put forward specific requirements for promoting project work.
First, quality and safety are very important. The ancient houses in Fu'an village are well preserved and of a certain scale, which can highlight the historical and cultural connotation and significance of Jincheng. Due to the long time of disrepair, the sun and rain, most of the ancient houses have a large area of decay, such as beams, columns, purlins and so on. The working group stressed that quality supervision should be strengthened during construction, and construction safety should always be put first.
Second, "the pilot is very important.". Due to the influence of capital, labor and other factors, it is impossible to start all ancient houses in the ancient lane at the same time. The work of repairing in advance must make bright features, so as to truly lead the lane with households and the village with lanes.
Third, protection is very important. The renovation design scheme of ancient dwellings shall comprehensively and correctly evaluate the historical, scientific, artistic and social values of ancient dwellings, implement the working policy of "protection first, replication and promotion, and strengthening management", adhere to the principle of cultural relics renovation not changing the original state, and try to protect the original state and historical information of existing objects.
Fourth, "the whole is very important.". It is necessary to fully consider the overall integration of ancient residential buildings with ancient wells, ancient archways, ancient lanes, ancient temples, ancient temples and ancient trees, correctly grasp the aesthetic standards, protect the cultural relics environment, protect the authenticity, integrity and other principles, focus on the wisdom and strategy of the group, and constantly improve the project plan from the overall perspective of "Fu'an ancient village" brand.
Fifth, "style is very important.". The members of the working group should carry forward the spirit of "doing", carry out the project work solidly, and keep the red line of construction safety, mass interests, and clean government construction, so as to achieve tangible results in the project construction.
In the next work, the construction leading group will continue to increase its efforts and promote the project progress. While carrying out the repair of ancient houses, priority will be given to the contents of ancient archways, Fuzi steles, ancient trees, ancient wells, etc. into the construction completion goal of this year. We will accelerate the improvement of the living environment, and take the "toilet revolution" as an opportunity to accelerate the construction of public toilets and household toilets in Fu'an. Strengthen publicity and guidance, create a good atmosphere for construction activities, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the masses, and jointly build Fu'an experimental village.
