"Xingnong Cup" innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition
Dear students
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the National Education Conference and general secretary Xi Jinping's reply to the secretaries and principals and experts of the national agricultural universities, the implementation plan of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform of China Agricultural University was implemented in accordance with the requirements of the general office of the State Council on deepening the implementation of the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in Colleges and universities (2015, 36, etc.). In the spirit of documents, in order to create a better atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship on campus, excavate and support excellent innovation and entrepreneurship projects, the "agriculture Cup" innovation and entrepreneurship competition of China Agricultural University was held.
According to the notice on holding the "Xingnong Cup" innovation and entrepreneurship competition of Agricultural University of China, we hereby notify the selection of the College of "Xingnong Cup" innovation and entrepreneurship competition of Agricultural University of China as follows:

2、 Introduction to the competition
The "Xingnong Cup" innovation and entrepreneurship competition of Agricultural University of China aims to promote the construction of "creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship" system, and aims to cultivate and enhance students' innovation spirit, entrepreneurship awareness and entrepreneurship ability. The competition adopts the system of "one cup and more tracks", including the entrepreneurship plan track, entrepreneurship practice track and Youth Red Tour track. Each track is divided into different groups according to the type of entries and the composition of participants.
3、 Organization
1. Sponsor: employment and entrepreneurship Office of China Agricultural University, Youth League Committee of the University; CO sponsor: undergraduate college, Graduate School;
Selection institutions of the College: the Youth League Committee of the College of Humanities and development; the science and innovation Department of the Youth League Committee of the College of Humanities and development.
2. An organizing committee shall be set up for the competition, with the leaders of relevant universities as the team leaders and the heads of each undertaking unit as the deputy team leaders. The members shall be composed of the relevant personnel of the undertaking unit and the leaders of each college in charge of student work (Entrepreneurship), undergraduate and graduate teaching (Practical Education), who shall be responsible for coordinating and guiding the overall development of the competition activities. There is a college level competition Executive Committee, which is specifically responsible for the competition work at the college level. The college level competition Executive Committee is composed of leaders of the college, teachers of the Youth League Committee, teachers of the student education management department, representatives of the student union and representatives of the science and innovation Department of the Youth League Committee.
3. A school level evaluation committee will be set up in the competition. The school level evaluation committee is composed of the relevant personnel of the school's undertaker, the experts, investors, enterprise mentors, etc. The college conducts qualification examination and recommendation for the entries.
4、 Participants
1. Entrepreneurship Program track: the team is the unit to sign up for the competition, and the team leader shall be the full-time undergraduate, master's and doctoral students (excluding on-the-job graduate students) officially registered by our university.
2. Entrepreneurial practice track: the team is the unit to sign up for the competition, and the team leader shall be the full-time undergraduate, master's and doctoral students (excluding on-the-job graduate students) officially registered by our university or the students within 5 years after graduation (2015 and later graduates). At the same time, the team leader must be the legal representative of the declared project (enterprise, private non enterprise unit, etc.).
3. Youth Red Tour track: apply for the competition with the team as the unit, and the team leader shall be the full-time undergraduate, master's and doctoral students (excluding the on-the-job graduate students) officially registered by our university or the students within 5 years after graduation (2015 and later graduates).
5、 Entry requirements
1. The entry should highlight the original creative value, have integrity and feasibility in business model, and have market potential and development prospects. The participating projects focus on the rural entrepreneurship and innovation projects with distinctive characteristics, unique creativity and strong competitiveness, focusing on the integration of agricultural and rural modernization and the development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries. The scope includes modern farming and breeding industry, local characteristic industry, processing and circulation of agricultural products, leisure agriculture and rural tourism, rural services, cultural creativity, rural e-commerce and rural residential environment improvement And all kinds of new industrial forms and new models in rural areas; be able to closely integrate the new generation of information technology, such as mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of things, next generation communication technology, with all fields of economy and society, cultivate new products, services, formats and models; play the role of Internet in promoting industrial upgrading and deep integration of informatization and industrialization To promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing, agriculture, energy, environmental protection and other industries; to promote the combination of innovation and entrepreneurship practice, Rural Revitalization Strategy, targeted poverty alleviation, etc.
2. According to the corresponding requirements of the competition regulations of each race track, only one qualified race track can be selected to participate in the competition. See Appendix 1, 2 and 3 for details.
6、 School schedule
The schedule is as follows:
1. Registration stage (from late April to mid May): students shall complete the competition items according to the competition requirements, prepare relevant application materials and objects, and apply online for the competition items. The specific method will be notified separately.
2. Audit stage (mid May): the project audit stage is divided into two levels: College and university. Enter the competition through the examination.
3. Preliminary stage (late May): the organizer will invite relevant experts to evaluate the entries. The top 20% of the entries will enter the final stage. The top 20-40% of the entries will be awarded the third prize, and the last 60% of the entries will be eliminated directly.
4. Final stage (early June): the organizer shall organize review experts to conduct on-site defense or video defense for the works entering the final (the specific method will be notified separately) to generate the first and second prizes of each track.
5. Exhibition stage of outstanding achievements (July to September): outstanding achievements of "Xingnong Cup" innovation and entrepreneurship competition will be exhibited, and project leaders of each participating project need to complete the production of exhibition boards and submit them, with specific arrangements to be notified.
7、 School incentives
1. the competition is divided into College Group Award and excellent organization award. In the group award selection, the score of the competition group is calculated by the recommendation College of the winning project, not by the College of the person in charge of the winning project. The total score of the group includes the score of the organization of the College (see Appendix 4 and 5 for details), the score of the winning works of the entrepreneurship plan track, the score of the winning works of the entrepreneurship practice track and the score of the winning works of the Youth Red brigade track. The total score of the four parts is the total score of the group. The champion of the total score of the group won the "Xingnong Cup" (mobile cup). If the total score of the group was tied, it would be ranked in the order of the number of the first prize, and so on. A college that has won the "Xingnong Cup" three times in total can keep one "Xingnong Cup" permanently. The second place and the third place in the total score of the group, and the fourth, fifth and sixth places in the total score of the group. According to the quantity, quality and other comprehensive conditions of the college's entries, the university will issue the excellent organization award in a unified way.
2. The first prize, second prize and third prize will be selected for the entries in this competition, and excellent instructors will be selected according to the organization and application of each college. After the qualification of the award-winning project and the instructor is confirmed to be valid, the school organization committee shall issue the certificate to the award-winning project and the instructor.
3. the excellent award projects will be recommended for the "Youth" national college student entrepreneurship competition, the Sixth China International "Internet plus" College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship competition and other competitions; the excellent award winning projects can be recommended to enter China Agricultural University's entrepreneurial park for project incubation.
4. In principle, the university level college students' innovation training plan project approved or concluded should participate in the "Xingnong Cup" innovation and entrepreneurship competition. For outstanding award-winning projects that have not been approved, the university will give priority to recommendation when the national and municipal college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program project and "prospering agriculture" teachers and students' innovation and entrepreneurship project is approved.
5. Existing incentive policies of the University: Measures for education and teaching incentives of Agricultural University of China (revised in 2017, zhongnongdajiaozi [2017] No. 17), measures for the implementation of the recommendation of new undergraduate graduates of Agricultural University of China to study graduate students without examination (zhongnongdajiaozi [2017] No. 13), etc.
8、 College of Humanities and development
How to participate in the trials
1. Send the application form of the College of Humanities and development (Annex 4 is the application form, including the team business plan) to the email: caurfkcb@163.com. The college level competition Executive Committee will organize an expert evaluation team to make a preliminary evaluation of the business plan (see Annex 5 for the evaluation rules). At least 25 excellent teams will be recommended to participate in the school competition on behalf of the college in the primary election, and 12 will be evaluated according to the college selection criteria The team enters the final of the college, and the finalists need to submit the final presentation PPT for final defense.
2. Registration deadline: 12:00, April 27.
3. The excellent team passing the preliminary evaluation of the college will participate in the final selection of the college. In the final, there will be two gold awards, four silver awards and six bronze awards. The final is expected to be held at the beginning of May. The specific time will be notified later.
