In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the National Education Conference and general secretary Xi Jinping's reply to the secretaries and principals and experts of the national agricultural universities, the implementation plan of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform of China Agricultural University was implemented in accordance with the requirements of the general office of the State Council on deepening the implementation of the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in Colleges and universities (2015, 36, etc.). In the spirit of documents, in order to create a better atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship on campus, excavate and support excellent innovation and entrepreneurship projects, the "agriculture Cup" innovation and entrepreneurship competition of China Agricultural University was held. Now, we are going to inform you of the following issues related to the "agriculture Cup" innovation and entrepreneurship competition of China Agricultural University:

2、 Introduction to the competition
The "Xingnong Cup" innovation and entrepreneurship competition of Agricultural University of China aims to promote the construction of "creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship" system, and aims to cultivate and enhance students' innovation spirit, entrepreneurship awareness and entrepreneurship ability. The competition adopts the system of "one cup and more tracks", including the entrepreneurship plan track, entrepreneurship practice track and Youth Red brigade track. In order to better serve everyone and create a better environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, the college has set up Xiaobai entrepreneurship track in addition to the above tracks in the college level competition, so as to provide you with additional entrepreneurship knowledge and lay a foundation for future competition.
1. Entrepreneurship Program track: the team is the unit to sign up for the competition, and the team leader shall be the full-time undergraduate, master's and doctoral students (excluding on-the-job graduate students) officially registered by our university.
2. Entrepreneurial practice track: the team is the unit to sign up for the competition, and the team leader shall be the full-time undergraduate, master's and doctoral students (excluding on-the-job graduate students) officially registered by our university or the students within 5 years after graduation (2015 and later graduates). At the same time, the team leader must be the legal representative of the declared project (enterprise, private non enterprise unit, etc.).
3. Youth Red Tour track: apply for the competition with the team as the unit, and the team leader shall be the full-time undergraduate, master's and doctoral students (excluding the on-the-job graduate students) officially registered by our university or the students within 5 years after graduation (2015 and later graduates).
4. Xiaobai entrepreneurship track: students who have the intention of innovation and entrepreneurship but do not have specific projects at present will register as individuals or teams.
Each track is divided into different groups according to the type of entries and the composition of participants.
3、 Organization
1. Selection organization of the College: the Youth League Committee of the College of resources and environment; the mass entrepreneurship and innovation Department of the Youth League Committee of the College of resources and environment.
2. The college has set up an innovation and entrepreneurship steering group and a review group to conduct qualification examination on the entries, and recommend the entries to the school according to the entrepreneurship plan track, entrepreneurship practice track and Youth Red brigade track. The college set up a creative innovation guidance group to guide students' incubation projects with intention but without specific projects.
4、 Entry requirements
1. The entry should highlight the original creative value, have integrity and feasibility in business model, and have market potential and development prospects. The participating projects focus on the rural entrepreneurship and innovation projects with distinctive characteristics, unique creativity and strong competitiveness, focusing on the integration of agricultural and rural modernization and the development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries. The scope includes modern farming and breeding industry, local characteristic industry, processing and circulation of agricultural products, leisure agriculture and rural tourism, rural services, cultural creativity, rural e-commerce and rural residential environment improvement And all kinds of new industrial forms and new models in rural areas; be able to closely integrate the new generation of information technology, such as mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of things, next generation communication technology, with all fields of economy and society, cultivate new products, services, formats and models; play the role of Internet in promoting industrial upgrading and deep integration of informatization and industrialization To promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing, agriculture, energy, environmental protection and other industries; to promote the combination of innovation and entrepreneurship practice, Rural Revitalization Strategy, targeted poverty alleviation, etc.
2. According to the corresponding requirements of the competition regulations of each race track, only one qualified race track can be selected for the competition, and the materials required for the project shall be carefully prepared according to the annex requirements. See Appendix 1, 2 and 3 in QR code for details.
5、 College schedule
1. Submission of materials: students participating in the entrepreneurship plan track, entrepreneurship practice track and Youth Red brigade track shall fill in the form of Appendix 4 in the QR code. Students of Xiaobai entrepreneurship race track fill in the form of Appendix 5 in QR code. These two forms will be sent to the organizing committee's email address: re2020 gusit@163.com before 12:00 p.m. on April 30. Please join the nail group below.
2. Defense arrangement: the college will organize the expert review group of the innovation and entrepreneurship review group to make a preliminary evaluation of the business plan on May 4 (see Appendix 6 in the QR code), and select the team to enter the final of the college according to the selection criteria of the college. The final will be set with several gold, silver and copper awards of the college. The finalists need to submit PPT for final presentation and final defense, which is expected to take place at the beginning of May 15. The specific arrangement will be notified later.
The College encourages all students to actively use their own URP, big innovation and national innovation projects as the application projects of the college trials. All teams who submit materials to apply for the college level trials can get the comprehensive test innovation and entrepreneurship bonus points, and get the comprehensive test award bonus points based on the competition conditions of the team colleges.
