Wang Lin, researcher (Level 2) of Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, doctoral supervisor, and winner of national fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. Undergraduate and graduate students studied in Nanjing University and Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences respectively, and worked in the Institute in 2008. During this period, they went to many institutions at home and abroad for scientific research cooperation. Research interests include climate dynamics, East Asian monsoon, stratospheric tropospheric dynamic coupling, extreme climate events, etc., and a series of achievements have been made in the East Asian winter wind change law and mechanism. He has published more than 80 academic papers, including more than 60 SCI papers, which have been cited by SCI for more than 1000 times. He is in charge of NSFC National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and key R & D projects of the Ministry of science and technology, and as a backbone, he is participating in NSFC innovation research group projects. He has won Tu Changwang youth meteorological science and technology award of China Meteorological Society, Lu Jiaxi youth talent award of Chinese Academy of Sciences, one hundred Excellent Doctoral Dissertation in China, and served as the Deputy Editorial Committee of Journal of climate and member of atmosphere Editorial Committee.
