There is a large gap of epidemic prevention funds: there are 98 schools at all levels and types in zhenkang County, with 38882 students (1647 of them are Burmese). In the spring of 2020, senior three and junior three have started school, and other grades will gradually start school at wrong time and wrong peak. There is a large gap in school protection materials, especially electronic thermometer, protective mask and other materials can not meet the needs of school opening. Some of the students with family difficulties at the beginning of school have used a disposable mask for three or four days, which can not meet the needs of effective protection. Through investigation and statistics, the county needs to prepare 400000 protective masks for poor students.
Large demand for distance teaching equipment: since the outbreak of the disease, zhenkang county has "closed classes and never stopped learning" and actively organized online teaching. Due to the shortage of online teaching equipment, the existing equipment can not meet the teaching demand. Most of the teachers only use mobile phones for live teaching, resulting in the unsatisfactory effect of online teaching, so they urgently need funds to purchase distance teaching equipment.

Zhenkang county is a national poverty-stricken county integrating frontier, border, nationality and mountain area. Although it passed the national poverty alleviation acceptance in February 2019, some families still linger on the edge of poverty alleviation standard due to historical problems and geographical environment. There are 5356 registered students with family financial difficulties in compulsory education schools in zhenkang County, some of them are left behind children or single parent families, lack of labor force and single source of family economic income. Through comprehensive and systematic investigation, there are 460 students with special difficulties: some of them are orphans, who eat "hundreds of meals" and sleep in "hundreds of beds"; some of their parents are divorced and both go out to live with their elderly grandparents; some of their families are seriously ill and need to take care of their families while they go to school. Although they have already enjoyed the compulsory education "two exempts and one subsidy" and the national subsidy policy of the nutrition improvement plan, with the rising price and the rising cost of living, the subsidy fund can no longer meet the daily learning and living needs, and more caring people are needed to give assistance.

At present, there are 1954 full-time teachers in zhenkang county. They love education. For decades, they have worked hard in teaching and educating posts and cultivated a batch of excellent talents. According to statistics, there are 21 seriously ill teachers in zhenkang County, 6 teachers with family economic difficulties due to the long-term illness of the elderly or children, and 3 teachers with other family economic difficulties.
