All candidates who meet the retest score line of our hospital are qualified to participate in the retest. See Appendix 1 for the list of candidates for the second round examination. 2、 Candidates to prepare for the retest 1. Remote retest network equipment and software requirements. Environmental requirements. Candidates need to have an independent remote interview in a quiet and bright room, and the surrounding environment shall not interfere with the retest. It is necessary to ensure that the network signal quality in the room can meet the demand of video call. During the retest, there shall be no other personnel in the retest room except the candidates. The video background must be a real environment. Apart from the equipment used in the interview, there are no other references and electronic communication equipment. 3. Join the postgraduate remote candidates' retest group in 2020 (join the corresponding wechat group according to the major of application). Please join before May 5, and mark the last five names and candidate numbers in the group. 4. At 9:00-11:00 and 14:00-16:00 on May 6-8, the network equipment of the candidates will be debugged (join Tencent conference, and the conference number will be sent to wechat group on May 6). The specific requirements are as follows: the examinee shall face the host position in a positive direction, ensure that the head, shoulder and hands appear in the video screen, ensure that the face is clear and visible, do not wear masks and earrings, and do not block the ears with the hair. The copilot is taken from the rear of the candidate's side (at a 45 ° angle to the back of the candidate's side) to ensure that the candidate and the computer screen can be taken. 5. Sign the letter of commitment for long-distance retest in advance (see Annex 2). If there is no printing equipment at home, you can manually copy the contents of the letter of commitment, send the signed letter of commitment for long-distance retest together with other certificates to the designated mailbox on May 7 after taking photos, keep the paper version, and submit it at the time of enrollment. 3、 The comprehensive score of the content of the retest is determined by the sum of the initial score and the retest score, of which the initial score (equivalent to the percentage system) accounts for 60% of the comprehensive score, the retest score (equivalent to the percentage system) accounts for 40% of the comprehensive score, and the comprehensive score is 100 points. The content of the retest includes six parts: psychological quality test, professional theoretical knowledge, experimental skill description, English listening and speaking, ideological and political quality and moral quality assessment, among which professional theoretical knowledge, experimental skill description accounts for 50%, comprehensive quality assessment accounts for 30%, and English listening and speaking accounts for 20%. Psychological quality test, ideological and political quality and moral quality assessment will not be included in the comprehensive score, but those who fail to pass the assessment will not be admitted. 4、 The retest time and arrangement of remote retest are may 9-14, 2020. The specific interview time and software requirements are as follows. Please enter the "questionnaire star" via wechat to answer the test content. Please take part in the test on time. The system will shut down automatically as soon as the time arrives. Tencent's meeting is open during the test period and cannot be closed. If there is a network interruption during the test, please contact the examination teacher via wechat immediately and explain the situation. If there is a network interruption for more than two minutes and the candidates cannot be contacted, the test will be deemed invalid. This time of network interruption will not be suspended. It will not be extended for two minutes because of the network interruption. Please pay attention to it. Assessment time of professional theory, experimental skills, comprehensive quality, English listening and speaking, ideological and political quality and moral quality: 8:30 on May 12, candidates for basic veterinary science and animal derived food safety will be interviewed; 8:30 on May 13, candidates for clinical veterinary medicine and animal clinical disease diagnosis and treatment will be interviewed; 8:30 on May 14, candidates for preventive veterinary science and livestock and poultry Candidates for epidemic prevention and control are interviewed. Candidates' retest sequence and questions are randomly selected on the same day of retest. 4. The retest fee is 100 yuan / person, which will be paid by scanning wechat QR code before May 8 (please note your name), and the e-invoice will be sent to everyone through email. Candidates in Hubei area can be exempted from the retest fee. 5. Candidates are required to show their examination permit and ID card for video verification when entering the retest site. 6. Retest site inspection. Candidates need to look around and record their retest site. In case of any non-compliance with the requirements of remote retest, rectification shall be carried out according to the requirements of the Secretary and the teacher. No other person is allowed to appear in the retest site except the candidates themselves. 7. The interview and assessment time for each candidate is generally no less than 20 minutes (including psychological test). 8. Tencent meeting is open during the interview and cannot be closed. After the completion of the retest, the candidates take the initiative to exit the video (or exit the meeting). 9. During the interview, candidates should put their hands at the position that can be photographed by the camera, and look at the screen with both eyes. They should not look around or leave the field in the middle of the interview. In principle, if candidates leave the monitoring range, the score is zero. After the interview, you are not allowed to exchange examination information with other candidates, and you are not allowed to publish any information of this retest on the Internet. 12. In case of equipment and network failure during the retest, immediately contact the examination teacher and start the standby system or other operations as required. 6、 Methods and arrangements for the second round of adjustment 1.
