Curing conditions

1. High temperature curing^①

a. without catalyst：Heating temperature：200℃-280℃

b. add Peroxide type thermal crosslinking agent^②：Heating temperature：120℃-180℃

c. add platinum catalyst：Heating temperature: 80℃-100℃

2. UV curing^③：add Cleavage type photoinitiator

The cured coating perform well in indoor environments, but the toughness of the coating will turn to be weak after 300℃.

Cured hardness: 6H

hydrophobic angle: 100°-105°

Recommended temperature of varnish coating: <600℃^④

Recommended operating temperature with main coating: <1600℃

Ceramic yield (800℃): 40%-60%

Cured ceramic yield(800℃): 60%-70%

Chemical masking: perform good with O₂，H₂O and other gas

Linear shrinkage: <1%

Transmittance (visible light): >95%

Metal Adhesion (Cross-Hatch): 0 grade

Shelf life: 12months in unopened condition
