It can adapt to various closed systems that have strict requirements for medium cleanliness, and also allows operators to quickly check whether the medium has deteriorated or mixed with impurities through visual inspection on site. Its kinematic viscosity at 25℃ is stably maintained in the range of 400cst to 500cst. The fixed and moderate viscosity parameter ensures that it can not only maintain sufficient oil film bearing capacity during the flow process, but also will not generate excessive flow resistance, reducing the power consumption of the circulation system. The relative density at 25℃ falls in the range of 1.02 to 1.10, which shows good compatibility with most commonly used industrial materials such as metals, rubbers and plastics. It will not cause obvious swelling or corrosion effects on seals and inner pipe walls even after long-term contact. Its open cup flash point is not lower than 300℃, which greatly reduces the probability of flash fire when operating in high temperature working conditions, and provides more guarantees for the operation safety at the production site. Its solidification point is not higher than -40℃, so it can maintain good fluidity in low temperature environments, will not cause the problem of pipeline blockage due to medium solidification, and there is no need to perform additional emptying operation after shutdown at low temperature. The refractive index at 25℃ ranges from 1.495 to 1.505. The uniform molecular composition keeps the optical related parameters of the product consistent, so it can play a stable role in some supporting scenarios that have requirements for light transmittance.
