3、 Special issue description
2020 is the year of ending poverty alleviation, which is also the turning point of China's poverty alleviation from solving absolute poverty to alleviating relative poverty. The urgency and importance of poverty alleviation research is more prominent. This special issue is expected to lead the research on poverty / poverty reduction at the "turning point". Therefore, the theme of the special issue will focus on China's poverty alleviation governance system, theoretical system and discourse system based on China's great achievements in poverty alleviation, as well as the discussion of poverty after 2020. There are five columns in the preliminary plan of the special issue: top level design of poverty reduction in China, practical mechanism of poverty alleviation, poverty alleviation and governance, poverty problems and governance after 2020, and international dialogue on anti-poverty theory.
The special issue paper can explore but not limited to the following problem areas:
International dialogue on anti-poverty theory and Practice
A summary of the theory and practice of poverty alleviation since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China
The construction of national poverty reduction and governance system under the background of modernization
Reform, innovation and practical challenges in Poverty Alleviation (policy / mechanism)
Operation mechanism of poverty alleviation measures (East West cooperation / Counterpart Assistance / village team / poverty alleviation through Party Building / poverty alleviation through health and education, etc.)
Case analysis of multi center governance and multi perspective
Research on poverty alleviation assessment

4、 Special paper requirements
(1) Highlight the practical summary and theoretical construction of poverty reduction in China.
(2) Around the theme, it embodies academic and theoretical nature.
(3) The length is 1.0-15000 words.
(4) Encourage independent authors, young scholars and female scholars.
5、 Special issue guarantee activities
(1) Seminar for organizing contributions: according to the receipt information, the editorial department will invite experts in the field of poverty alleviation to select no more than 20 authors. It is planned to hold a seminar in mid May to share research experience, determine the topic of the paper and plan the writing process.
(2) Review meeting: after receiving the contributions, the editorial department plans to organize experts to review them collectively in mid July.
