The term of office of the leader group of the nineteenth Volunteer Service Corps of China Agricultural University is about to expire. According to the regulations of China Youth Volunteer Association, Beijing volunteer Federation and the volunteer service corps of our university, the nineteenth volunteer Congress of China Agricultural University is planned to be held on May 1st, and it is decided to carry out the candidate registration of the leader group of the twentieth Volunteer Service Corps from the date of notification Relevant requirements are as follows:
1、 Basic requirements for applying to become a candidate
1. The candidates are selected in the way of combination of independent declaration and organizational recommendation. The volunteer service teams of the general volunteer service team and each college should attach great importance to the selection and encourage each team to actively participate in the declaration of candidates;
2. Leader candidate qualification: 17 level students (including 16 levels of five-year system) who meet the code of conduct for students in China Agricultural University; vice leader candidate qualification: 17 and 18 level students (including 16 levels of five-year system) who meet the code of conduct for students in China Agricultural University;
3. Love the motherland, love voluntary activities, adhere to the four basic principles, have a high ideological awareness and demand for progress;
4. Good moral quality, sense of justice, overall situation, self-conscious maintenance of the team image, and strong sense of responsibility;
5. Unite students, be keen on service, have certain prestige in the team, understand the responsibilities of each department and project, and be able to arrange the work of each department and project as a whole;
6. Have a certain understanding of the volunteer work of the team and the school, and have participated in and organized many of the activities;
7. Strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the school, actively participate in the activities organized by the school, and have no violations during the school period;
8. Study hard without failing subjects; the candidates for team leader are required to have a foreign language level of above grade 4 425, and the weighted average score of all semesters is in the top 70% of the major or the comprehensive evaluation of each academic year is in the top 50% of the class; the candidates for vice team leader are required to have the weighted average score of all semesters in the top 70% of the major or the comprehensive evaluation of each academic year is in the top 50% of the class;
9. The candidates for team leader shall have more than two years (including) college students' work experience, and the candidates for vice team leader shall have more than one year (including) college students' work experience, and have undertaken the main cadres of college level (including college level) students' organizations, with certain volunteer service experience.
2、 Registration method
1. The candidates selected and registered shall fill in the attachment (scan the QR code below to download the application form) of the application form for team leader (vice team leader) of China Agricultural University, and the electronic version shall be named after "application name of team leader (vice team leader) of volunteer service" (e.g. application for team leader - Zhang San), Send it to caufloffice@163.com, prepare a 3-5 minute presentation PPT, and send it to this email. The deadline is 12:00 p.m. on April 27, 2020; the paper application form shall be submitted after the school starts and returns to school. Both paper and electronic materials shall be submitted, otherwise the application is invalid.
2. The Preparatory Committee of the 19th volunteer Congress of China Agricultural University shall be responsible for the explanation of other matters not mentioned.
