Chen Guanghua, researcher / doctoral director, Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has been engaged in the research of typhoon dynamics, tropical circulation and numerical simulation for a long time. At present, he is a member of Typhoon Committee of China Meteorological Society and Education Committee of Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has successively presided over 5 projects of NSFC, participated in a number of national key basic research development plans (973 plans) and international (regional cooperation) projects of NSFC. He has won the scientific and technological innovation contribution award of the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the postgraduate under his guidance has won the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. More than 60 academic papers have been published, including more than 40 SCI papers and 1 national invention patent.
